1. Eligible visitors received on www.Lighthouse-Spain.com will go on a 3 day tour of Spanish properties in the area of their choice, price bracket and type of property.

2. To be eligible, you must be over 18 years old and a home-owner in the UK.

3. You must be available to tour properties within three months of your application.

4. Each tour will be for a maximum of two people.

5. Lighthouse-Spain will organise and pay for the accommodation for each tour. Accommodation in Spain will be at a 3 or 4 star standard and will either be a Hotel or apartment. The tour will be 3 days and 2 nights.

6. The visitor is obliged to spend the three days in Spain visiting properties with the Lighthouse representatives. Lighthouse reserves the right to reclaim the cost of accommodation if this obligation is not fulfilled.
